CONDITIONS AND CONDITIONS - Sayu Garden Hotel Habaraduwa

Reservations and payments
Reservations can be made by phone, email or via the booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

This website only accepts payments in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs/LKR) and/or US Dollars (US$), Euro (EUR).
Please note that neither I nor the hotel company it will represent on this website will be liable for any exchange losses/gains due to transactions/refunds, regardless of the currency of the customer's credit/debit card.

Room rates
Room rates are inclusive of service charge and taxes. These are currently 18% VAT and 4,88% accommodation tax.

Standard cancellation conditions
In the event that you do not make use of your reservation (no-show) or do not cancel before the agreed deadline, no refund will be granted.
Cancellations made less than three (3) days prior to the confirmed date of stay will incur a cancellation fee of 100 % of the total room rate.
Cancellations within the agreed period will be charged at the rate of one night.
Bookings which have been booked at special rates are subject to the cancellation conditions stated in the rate.

Credits / re-transfers for credit balances
Additional bank and transfer fees for credit balances shall be borne by the guest.

Vouchers / discount codes

Vouchers and discount codes will not be refunded after submission and application. Vouchers will not be refunded in cash. Vouchers and discount codes are valid for a limited period.
