The cooking course
The cooking course begins with a visit to the market. Here you will learn about the different ingredients used in Sri Lankan cuisine. You will learn where the ingredients come from and how to select them.
After the market visit, it's back to the kitchen in our restaurant. Here you will be instructed by an experienced chef in the preparation of the various dishes. You will learn how to cut, fry, cook and season the ingredients.
