Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>This website only accepts payments in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs\/LKR) and\/or US Dollars (US$), Euro (EUR). <br \/>Please note that neither I nor the hotel company it will represent on this website will be liable for any exchange losses\/gains due to transactions\/refunds, regardless of the currency of the customer's credit\/debit card.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Room rates<\/strong><br \/>Room rates are inclusive of service charge and taxes. These are currently 18% VAT and 4,88% accommodation tax.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Standard cancellation conditions<\/strong><br \/>In the event that you do not make use of your reservation (no-show) or do not cancel before the agreed deadline, no refund will be granted. <br \/>Cancellations made less than three (3) days prior to the confirmed date of stay will incur a cancellation fee of 100 % of the total room rate.<br \/>Cancellations within the agreed period will be charged at the rate of one night.<br \/>Bookings which have been booked at special rates are subject to the cancellation conditions stated in the rate.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Credits \/ re-transfers for credit balances<\/strong><br \/>Additional bank and transfer fees for credit balances shall be borne by the guest.<br \/><strong><br \/>Vouchers \/ discount codes<\/strong><br \/>Vouchers and discount codes will not be refunded after submission and application.
