These terms and conditions govern your use of the Sayu Garden Hotel website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should refrain from using this website.

General conditions

Transportation can be arranged from the airport and train station (at an additional cost). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the hotel 24 hours prior to arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
The standard check-in time is from 14:00 and the check-out time is before noon.
The guest rooms may only be entered by registered guests.

Cancellation conditions

We reserve the right to cancel or amend a reservation if guests do not comply with our terms and conditions, provide invalid means of payment or behave in a manner that causes injury or danger to our staff or other guests.

Terms of payment

Valid credit card details are required and can be pre-authorized to guarantee the booking. The full amount will be charged at any time after booking.

Intellectual property The design, text and graphics of the website are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. Copying any part of the website is strictly prohibited.
